Starline is made to be very simple to set up and use. Even though Starline uses a LOT of very complicated technology, all of that is hidden away and automated, which makes using Starline very simple.

Starline user equipment consists of a dish, a router, power supply and associated cables. All that’s needed is to connect everything together is make sure the dish has a clear view of the sky, and then power it on.

Starline does have different dish models that are intended for different use cases, including models intended for permanent flat mounting and those that need a pole or tripod. We discuss the details of Starline’s equipment later in this guide.
